I am an Organizational Psychologist with more than thirty years of work experience for Top Fortune 500 organizations within Retail, Finance, IT, Oil and Gas, Pharma, Agriculture, Consultancy and Research and Development. 

I have become a highly effective Executive and Leadership Coach through ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited coaching programs, my work experience at ING, a Dutch international financial services corporation, and as an independent Coach and Management Consultant.

Before starting my independent coaching practice, I fulfilled different People Development, HR management and Organisational Change roles and learned about many aspects of corporate life. I specialized in improving individual and team performance and executive development.

As a Management Consultant and Coach, I partnered with Executives and leaders at the senior and C-level of the organization to help them improve their leadership effectiveness and thrive as a person. 

Through excellent coaching and mentoring programs, and more than 500 hours of professional coaching, I earned the Certification of Professional Certified Coach by the ICF in 2020. My training is based on a solution-focused and systemic coaching approach, as well as on positive psychology. 

I also participated in training programs in the field of Lean and Agile and earned certifications as Lean Green Belt and Lean Change Master.
