Performance & Career coaching

Performance improvement coaching
  • You want to perform. Your love your work, but your private life is also important. It seems impossible, but it is indeed feasible to achieve stress-free productivity.
  • You want to perform well in your current job and deliver on time, but this becomes a challenge because of “extra tasks or new project team work”. In other words “more work in less time”.
Performance improvement coaching will help you improve the balance in your workflow and still get great results. You will develop skills that help you keep an overview, better check your workflow and spend your working time as productively as possible. In our coaching you determine the goal and small steps that will lead you to that goal. You explore and experiment with new working methods, behaviors and / or skills along the way.
Outcomes of performance improvement coaching:
  • More control and self-confidence
  • Working more effectively and productively with more peace of mind
  • Less stress and more enthusiasm in your work
Then life coaching could be something for you. In a personal coaching track you’ll work on (one of the or similar) goals above.
Career development
  • Is your current role not really matching your expectations and are other roles more suited to your talents and ambitions?
  • How do you ensure that you are allowed to further develop in that direction?
Based on reflection and insights obtained from a talent scan, personality questionnaire and personal values analysis, you determine realistic development goals. You discover what your talents are and learn to develop them and flourish within or outside the organization.
Outcomes of career coaching:
  • Better understanding of your talents, motivations, values and ambitions
  • A personal development plan
  • Well-considered career choices

Approach and working method

During the first meeting we will explore your question, individual context, ambition. wishes and the goals of your coaching process together. After our first session you start with the desired change. I challenge your assumptions and beliefs; show you new perspectives, let you gain insights and explore options.

Solution-oriented Coaching is based on your strengths and possibilities. You know best what is good for you and what works for you. By experimenting and sharpening your own solutions, you can achieve desired goals in small steps, continuously learning. A process takes as long as it is valuable to you. Usually, 6 to 10 one-hour sessions are sufficient, in person or online (video call).

Continuous support and evaluation: During the coaching process I support you by e-mail or Whatsapp when you need it. We evaluate the effect of the coaching after some sessions and at the end of the coaching journey.
